NSX-T 3.x Backup

Hi to all...

I'm looking for a document, preferably from VMware, where I can read what are the configuration change that trigger an NSX-T Backup.

When you create and schedule a NSX-T Backup, optionally you can enable Detect NSX configuration change which triggers a full backup each time a configuration change is detected by NSX Manager.

But, what are these changes ?

Thanks to all.

There are known issues with that approach. Too many backups are being taken because backups are being taken even when there are no configuration changes.

Thanks @Sreec , but this is a known issue that could be fixed in the next releases ... but, ignoring any problems, also related to the number of backups that would be created or the amount of storage used by the backups, what are these changes?

My bad, as the functionality is broken you will have to reach out to Support asking for a list of changes that might trigger a backup.

If an NSX Manager or a Global Manager appliance becomes inoperable, or if you want to restore your environment to a previous state, you can restore from a backup. While the appliance is inoperable, the data plane is not affected, but you cannot make configuration changes.
