Hi, There is no Advance Networking and Security tab in NSX-T. For Security related configuration like dFW go to Security & if you want to configure any Network services like Routing, Segments or NAT, then go to Networking.

Below are the links for NSX-T documentation which you can refer to learn about the same.

If you're looking for a vCenter plugin like NSX-V provides, you won't (generally) find that. NSX-T has it's own UI separate from vCenter.

There is an option for deploying NSX for security-only use cases from vCenter. In that case you do get a limited plugin. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-mdB2cpvBw for more details.

If you see attached screenshot, I don't see "Advance Networking and Security tab in version 3.1.

I see other blogger's running 2.4 version, I see "Advance Security and Networking tab."

I want to install VM-series firewall in NSX-T.

Based on https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/vm-series/9-1/vm-series-deployment/set-up-the-vm-series-firewall-o...

Step 10- I need to configure it from NSX-T manager "Advance Networking and Security".  Any suggestions?

If you have registered PA with NSX-T, you will be able to select it under Service Deployment Tab (System-Service Deployments), later you can create the policies under Security->Network Introspection(E-W)

In short, NSX changes the UI many times.

The menu you would like to operate is in Ssystem as below.

This is an appendix. This is a video that how to deploy VM Series in NSX-T (But this video is old NSX-T, so different UI.)

Please use the menu in System.

As per my understanding, to deploy E-W PAN firewall, you can deploy is through System>Service Deployment. but for N-S PAN firewall, it can be deployed from "Advance Networking and Security". Is that not true anymore?
