From the below table the max vsphere cluster supported for 1 NSX is 16.
So each NSX manager can support only 16 v sphere cluster.
In scenarios where cross NSX deployment where the NSX Manager is active in DC1 & in DC 2 the NSX manager is standby.
So considering vSphere clusters in both DC 1 & DC 2 total max of only 16 is supported.
Let me know if my understanding is right.
I doubt that is true. For cross VC -NSX supports 8 sites so i don't get the real scalability when the cluster size is 16 .The more we scale it should support more clusters -number should not be static.
So is there any document from VMware which explains it.
without cross vNSX the limitation is 16. Is this understanding right.
None that i'm aware of. But 16-cluster is true for single site.
Are you asking if 16 nodes is maximum cluster size or total number of clusters per site is 16?
For later, I read it as 16 cluster per site.
in case of cross vCenter NSX deployment , is it 16 cluster per site or is it total 16 clusters considering both the sites.
My understanding it is 16 cluster per site.
I tried searching the maximum configuration guide couldn't find one. Official answer should come from GSS. It should be 16 cluster per site.
