NSX Controllers in disconnected state

After redeploying NSX Controller cluster, their state on NSX Manager is disconnected.

We do see their state as normal sometimes but it is toggling and is largely in disconnected state.

All NSX Controllers are in healthy state [show control-cluster status shows all is well].

Any ideas how do we get the nsx controllers in 'normal' state?

‌Take a look in the NSX Manager log and you should see a bit more detail on that. Is there a firewall in between the Manager and Controller cluster? Something may be resetting the connection. The command you're running shows that the cluster nodes are healthy from their own perspective but it's the connectivity from the Manager to them over port 443 that you need to look into.

Thanks !

May be found the reason -

Rest call to NSX controllers is taking more than 30 sec to respond ...
