NSX API need nsx manager id

I am trying to use the NSX APIS to Query Security Groups.

I am calling "GET https://<nsxmgr-ip>/api/2.0/services/securitygroup/scope/<scopeID>"

Before I do that I need to get the scopeID. This is the NSX  Manager ID. Does anyone know how

to get the manager id?
