NSX 4.0 deployment error

when I tried to deploy NSX 4.0.1 ova, I got a error, I don't know how to resolve this problem

Hello, how are you?

Try to restart vmware-vapi-endpoint service. Log in vCenter via ssh and execute this command:

$service-control --stop vmware-vapi-endpoint

$service-control --start vmware-vapi-endpoint
