Assuming Physical Host and VM's are in same L2 domain , all you need is create a logical router and follow below steps
Procedure
| Log in to the vSphere Web Client. |
2 | Click Networking & Security and then click NSX Edges. |
3 | Double-click an NSX Edge. |
4 | Click Manage and then click Bridging. |
5 | Click the Add icon. |
6 | Type a name for the bridge. |
7 | Select the logical switch that you want to create a bridge for. |
8 | Select the distributed virtual port group that you want to bridge the logical switch to. |
9 | Click OK. |
Remember that , you are using cross VC setup. Considering your setup, you need site specific logical switches with respective VLAN mapping
As shown, all the L2 bridging instances defined on a given DLR would be active on the ESXi host in edge rack 1 where the corresponding DLR Active Control VM is running. It is possible to create multiple sets of bridging instances and associate them with different DLRs. This allows for spreading of the bridging load across different ESXi hosts
