Install NSX-T stuck at 0

Hi I am trying to install NSX -T 3.2.3.1 and when I do that it says under tasks

Installing solution but it always seats at 0 never moves for the last 3 days

Is there a waiting period or can I somehow remove that task and start from scratch apparently no matter what version i try it will always do this

What version of vcenter are you using?

If the task stays there, you can reboot your vCenter server to get it cleared I believe.

Also before installing make sure, you've created the A and PTR records for your NSX manager up front.
