In which cluster would the DLR control VM sit?

Hello, I am currently studying for VCP-NV. I have question regarding the cluster deployment options. If we wish to deploy 3 clusters, i.e. Management, Edge and Compute, where would the DLR Control VM sit? since, this VM will need to be connected to both the NSX Controller Cluster (which we would deploy in the Management cluster) and to NSX Edge Services Gateways (which we would deploy in the Edge cluster).

Control VM ideally reside in Compute Cluster or if you have dedicated edge cluster you can deploy the same over there.

I would highly recommend to go through design guide to know  placement of all components and the advantage of collapsed and unique vsphere cluster based on NSX design.  Feel free to post if you have any further questions.
