kindly help to understand if IPS/IDS features available in VCF starter and VCF STD version?

IDS/IPS requires NSX Advanced, which is part of both VCF Starter and and STD versions. It is available through the Advanced Security for VMware Cloud Foundation Addon. More information here:

Then what would be the part no and the BoQ for the adddon if we need to consider VCF starter or STD.

It is called Network and App Security for Cloud Foundation-VMWare NSX Firewall with Advanced Threat Prevention Add-on and it is per processor.
