Failed to power on VM NSX Controller

Hi,

I'm trying to deploy 3 NSX Controllers. I've deployed 2 already. When deploying the last one, I get the error - "Failed to power on VM NSX Controller". I've googled and come across this article - VMware Knowledge Base  - issue is that the Workflow Manager service is running on the vCenter. I am deploying this on NSX 6.3, vCenter 6.0 and esxi 5.5.

I think if I was running into the issue as above, I wouldn't have been able to also deploy 2.

Further, just letting you know that I have enough resources on the ESXi hosts to power on VMs

i'm facing the same thing, how did you fix it?

btw, my workflow manager is running well.

localhost:~ # /etc/init.d/vmware-vpx-workflow status
VMware vCenter workflow manager is running: PID:25038, Wrapper:STARTED, Java:STARTED
