Excessively large flow table on NSX Edge leading to connection drops

On a Active:Active Setup Load balances suddenly became unstable and refused almost all TCP sessions and the application underneath failed work.

The Issue is quite similar to this KB article but upgrading to the latest release (6.4.8) has not resolved this issue

Any idea as to why this problem exists and how to resolve this issue

I have already tried this resolution on another setup too, but the same issue exists.
