Error after deploying Guest Introspection -VShield Endpoints Service not ready

Hi

Getting the below error while deploying "Guest Introspection Service not ready" after I deployed vShield Endpoints from NSX.

While adding both Guest Introspection  and Data Security got the below message too

Are the hosts prepared (the VIBs installed) for on which Guest Introspection is being deployed?  The vsip vib is required for Guest Introspection to function.  Do you see the VMs running with IP addresses in vCenter?  There are a few kb's out there that suggest to restart the NSX Manager management service.

I can see the vm ip address

i have did lot of times restarting nsx manager mgmt services and reboot too .. and i have removed the host exsi  from that cluster and and added them back .

Still no luck

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the vib is has the same issue

Sorry for dumb questions.

Did you ensure that the VMCI component of VMware Tools is installed in the guests? I don't think this is relevant to your install issue, but a common oversight, so I figured I'd mention it.

What versions of vSphere and NSX are you running?

Are the IPs of the Guest Introspection systems pingable from your vCenter and NSX Manager servers?

Go to: Home | Administration | vCenter Server Extensions | vSphere ESX Agent Manager | Manage - I assume the Guest Introspection agencies are in a problematic state.  Any more information provided with regards to error?  Are any other agencies showing as being in a problematic state?

At any point have the Guest Introspection appliances been vMotioned?
