Edge Gateway problem

Hi for all,

i have 4 VMS .

Vm1 and VM3 connected to logical switch 1

Vm2 and Vm4 connected to logical switch 2

and one EGS connected to logical switches and an uplink interface

but i have problem with this EGS . Sometimes it doesn't work and i cannot ping the VM

and Sometimes works fine

Any idea ?

can you login ESG via SSH, can ping ESG to that located VM? have you done all VMs moved to you created that switch?

i know its basics, but have you checked the VXLAN connectivity between hosts? if the vms are on different hosts that could be the issue.

Thank you for yours responses

i can ping the gatway for the vms

i can ping each hosts in vxlan

it'isn't a hair-pinning problem

because i have a public adresse but it's the same vlan

i mean i have a basic physical switch only and he can't routing between a mgt network and client network

they are  physically isolated

i can ping any thing in internal network

the problem is the external network sometimest i can ping

and after 5 mn the ping fails
