ESG NAT on second Uplink of Edge instead of primary Uplink

Can we create NAT rules on secondary Interface of VMware NSX Edge?

What challenges we may face with this kind of configuration?

It should not make any difference.  You don't even have to attach NAT to an interface.    Search Flexible SNAT / DNAT  in the NSX 6.2.5 release notes.
