Does EAM service affect NSXv in anyway after nsx deployment and configuration is completed? The service is in stopped state.
Yes, EAM takes care of the lifecycle of NSX VIBs. So chances are high new cluster preparation or creation of any NSX features in the existing cluster will fail if EAM is down. You can check vCenter Server EAM logs to know the root cause (try to restart the service once from the NSX U.I)
