Okay! If feasible try to disable DHCP or delete the relay config and add the secondary instance

Error message looks bit Odd. Do you have DHCP or DHCP relay at DLR level ? By any chance Secondary NSX manager is having any feature configured ?

I have seen this. But, We are not upgrading any NSX manager. current version ( Primary & one secondary NSX Manager) is 6.2.7 and adding another secondary NSX manager which is also 6.2.7 .

DHCP Relay is configured on UDLR which is created on Primary NSX manager.

the one which we are currently adding it as secondary NSX manager has not been configured for any features.

We already have another NSX manager as secondary, which reported no issues. The only change We did

(1) Created Secondary NSX Manager ( with 6.2.7) with 6.2.7 OVA file

(2) Integrated it with one vcenter

(3) Added the NSX manager as Secondary NSx manager to primary NSX manager

Thanks in advance
