Hi guy,
I'm try to create one lab to works whit nsx, and i whold ask if is possible install windows  and after whit vmware workstation 12 and after installing  configure the enviroment of NSX whit tree o four esxi , to emaulate the exam of VCIX-NV.

You won't be able to emulate the exam environment because we've built that lab specifically to ensure we can test the learning objectives. But, if you mean will NSX work, so you can get hands-on experience for practice and study, yes. There are several discussions in the Community here about the subject. Setting up nested ESX with overlay networks on Workstation requires some customization.
