Can't remove Guest Introspection Service Deployment

I had two Host Cluster's under one vSphere Appliance. The second cluster was removed without cleanly removing the Guest Introspection deployment. Now, if you go in and look at the Service Deployments, you can see one installed without a cluster name. If you try to remove it, it gives an error about the cluster name being "null".

Where is this information stored and is there a way to manually clean this up?

Review what vCenter has listed for ESX Agencies.  If you see the Guest Introspection listed there, delete it.

You can also check the API guide for commands that fit your needs - specifically the sections: "deteing conflicting agencies", "delete deploymenet units", and "uninstalling services"
