I can't add any controller to the NSX manager. There are no port groups to connect to.

ESXi server and the NSX manager are at the same subnet. Distributed switch is also installed at environment.

NSX 6.3.1, vCenter 6.5

I found my error. I had 2 new hosts, where DVS was not configured. After adding all host at cluster to the distributed switch, it is possible to add a new controller.
