Can not Configure IP to NSX

Hi All,

I am not able to configure IP on NSX box, getting bellow error.

Hey Hardshah4, are you trying to change the IP you initially assigned during the deployment of NSX Manager? Could you please tell me what you are trying to accomplish here?

Once you've filled in the deployment details, and successfully deployed the manager, you should then be able to access it by browsing its IP via a web browser.

You'd then need to log in using the credentials specified during the deployment and change its IP address from the menus provided. (Manage Appliance Settings > Network).

Hi All,

I found two default username/Passwords.

1. root/vmware - I can change IP with this password

2. admin/default - I can NOT change IP with this password.

This was the whole confusion, may I know why does it behave in a different way with this two passwords.
