Can Not Add Network

I can not add Network into "Service Deployment", please find bellow snapshot. Help me to configure network and IPs.

The Network you are selecting is a port group in the vDS, you must have these first.  You will then be able to have the IP DHCP (default) or change it to an IP Pool in NSX.
