Hi,
We have a test/development lab and one of our customers may be moving to NSX from vCloud Networking & Security.
Our lab has 4 ESXi hosts configured in a cluster. One of these hosts is used exclusively for testing and development for this one customer and all virtual machines and vAPP's for this customer are configured to run on the single ESXi host.
Can NSX be licensed and properly configured to run on this one host or will the CPU's from all hosts in the cluster need to be licensed.
Thanks,
Henry
When you go to prep hosts for NSX it's done at the cluster level so you'd need to license all hosts in the cluster or put your test host in a separate cluster since you can't pick/choose individual hosts within a cluster to deploy to.
