BGP Dropping on the hour

We are experiencing a weird BGP issue with the NSX Edges and DLRs. They loose they neighbors for about 15-30 seconds every hour. Below is a small excerpt.

What is the BGP configuration on DLR and EDGE ?

What changes were made in the env before you noticed BGP flaps ?

FLAPS: always been there, never solid

I've seen BGP flap issues related to storage problems. Where are the files of the Edge stored, local or remote storage and what kind?
