Hi,

There is no specific list as such. A few of the common questions are

- NTP

- DNS

- Routing Protocol used

- IP Schema etc.

Then there are design-specific questions depending upon the Customer use-case.

Hope this help.

Hi,

Most of the time it is a configuration setting on the customer side. i.e enable it on the bgp session to the nsx-t t0.
Best place to ask is the network department on the customer side.
Or just turn bfd on nsx-t and see if the bfd session comes up. (Do not just blindly do this on production)
cli commands for edge:
get bfd-sessions
get bgp neighbor <ip-address>
In the end it shows i.e 'BFD Status: peer 50.50.50.10 status down'

Hi,

Enabling BFD should be included in your design discussion with the Customer. During the design discussion, you will collect all the information required for the deployment of NSX-T from the Customer such as BFD, routing protocol timers etc.
