router is not added to the netwrok !! vmware integrated openstack version 3

Hello

I integrated openstack in VMware, i used esxi 6 and VDS but i have some problem i dont found the way to create router in network !!!!!!!!

some help please !!

L3 tenant routers are not supported with VDS (only provider networks).  Tenant routers are supported by the NSX plugin. Please refer to the NSX and VDS Feature Comparison in the documentation here:
