connection to dashboard openstack !!

Good evening

I'm working on vmware integrated openstack .I cannot reach the dashboard of openstack when i enter the virtual public IP and the browser display "the page took too long to respond"

the IP is pinging normally but it's not responding .

I made some screenshots if someone can help me to resolve the problem.

Could you please provide more information about your IP range and VIP settings?

Hi ;

I have three Vlans :

1) Vlan 295 for virtaul machine: 172.29.50.92 -->172.29.50.115 netmask (255.255.255.0)

2) Vlan 296 for API's Openstack: 172.29.60.70 --> 172.29.60.75 netmask (255.255.255.0)

3) Vlan 298 for transport

the virtual IP adress is : 172.29.60.200 different from the API's but in the same Vlan 296.

Could you please ping the VIP 172.29.60.200 on your Windows VM (the one you're trying to access OpenStack dashboard)?

thank you verry much for your help.

the problem was resolved by adding an NIC specially for the Virtual IP adress and now i can reach the dashboard successfully.
