pretty excited to hear about the general availability of VIO which seems to be the easiest way to expose existing internal VMWare infrastructure resources via a common API. I haven't found any statements though about the integration between vRealize Automation (formerly vCAC) and VIO. Strangely enough, vCAC does still state that it integrates with the Redhat Enterprise OpenStack distro.
anyone has any background info on that ? As we all know, OpenStack is not a "cloud in a box" and to make it enterprise usable, it needs to be plugged into a (commercial) hybrid cloud management platform such as vRealize Automation, RH CloudForms or HP CSA.
