Has anyone come across an issues with VIO 5.1.0.4 not creating the SNAT rules for instances? I've tried each router type and none seem to create any SNAT rules at instance creation. Only when a Floating IP is assigned are the SNAT rules added. As I understand the process, even an instance without a FIP is supposed to get SNAT rules so it can communicate outbound. I am thinking that this behavior started after our upgrade to 6.4.6 but I'm not sure.
