No Hypervisor detected VIO 3.0

Hi,

After installing VIO 3.0, I created the network part successfully, but when I wanted to launch an instance, I saw that there is no hypervisor detected at Horizon level, Has a procedure to follow in order to add a hypervisor.

1-when i want to restart the nova-compute i have that issue :

Can you look at /var/log/nova/nova-compute.log? To restart the service, use "sudo".

Do you have any hosts in your cluster that is in "not responding" or "disconnected" state?

If yes, can you try removing them and try restarting the nova-compute service?
