I just installed a brand new fresh VIO 3.0 instance. I've created an external network, a distributed router, a network segment and I've connected them together in a pretty standard topology. I'm not trying to launch my first instance and when I get to the Network Ports pane in the new Launch Instance dialog box, there are no Available ports. If I create the instance as is, I get no networking. What did I miss here?
