Instance Console Log not showing

I'm trying the get the console log working on my VIO 4 but I'm not really successful. In Horizon the log tab shows nothing and even  the command "console log show console_test" doesn't gives me an output.

I tried to modify the grub on the instance to "GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="console=tty0 console=tty1 console=ttyS0,115200n8"" but this doen't solve the Issue.

Do I've to modify something on the server side?

Fix:

open the port "VMserial port connected to vSPC" on all compute ESXi
