Cannot deploy openstack: 'The following IP addresses have been used by other machines'

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to deploy openstack however I get the following error when attempting to deploy:

Capture.JPG

There are no addresses on this network in use. It's brand new. The only thing giving out an ARP entry is the gateway. I seem to get this error for any subnet I try

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi,

Exactly the same error message and conditions here. Attempting to deploy a VIO instance on vSphere 6.0 Build 3339084 with an external PSC and vCenter appliance. Have restarted the PSC and vCenter plus reinstalled the VIO manager vApp. API Access network IPs are not in use but gateway is pingable.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

We had similar issues.  Make sure the VIO management server can reach the API subnet.
