mylearn http error 431

Customer connect portal have two links under the learning tab and both are redirecting to the following page:

https://mylearn.vmware.com/gw/view/login

and giving error 431 which I checked over Internet for the error and found:

"Error 431, which officially says "Request header fields too large," means the server has dropped the request. The header sent by the user is either too long or too large, and the server denies it. Web developers can request all kinds of data from users."

So in this case I am having issue in my request header? or there is some issue with the site itself?

This is problem in firefox 

try with chrome

It was a problem of browser cache, once cleared it's started working.

This was not related to firefox, I am using chrome browser and this cache was cleared of chrome after that it started working.
