setting up PC for remote access to vmware horizon client.
has been issued credentials. initial issues with unknown user name or bad password.
consulted with the site support and I am able to login on the website portal.
However when i login using vmware horizon client it gives unknown user name or bad password when trying to connect.
Uses rsa authenticate and gets to the username password screen. ( as said before can log into the web based system)
tech support at vendor says the failure on the application is on my PC.
I run a dell optiplex 9020 with inbuilt video card.
What other options do i have to figure out why i am having issues with the PC.
