Web Connector Upgrade from 19.03 to 22.09

I am about to undertake the replacement of the 19.03 web connectors with new 22.09 before they stop working in April. During the processes once you have hit 'reset web connectors' does anybody know if that will prevent users from accessing the system?

I need to understand if there will be any downtime during the process and the documentation is not particularly clear.

Hi @Toadi3,

When hitting the Reset Connector Selection button, you are still using the old connector(s). That's your rollback when validation fails in the preview stage.
