VMware Virtual Desktop

I am trying to access my schools virtual desktop through VMware. I have used it before and never had this problem, when I try to log on it says failed to resolve proxying route request. I had to reset my whole computer yesterday to factory settings and it worked after that but today when I tried I am just continueing to have the same problem.

What did the school's support team say when you reported the issue to them?

Like Scott mentioned, contact your school, that error message is a problem on there end.

Have you reported this issue to school's IT support team? If not yet done, please do so. I believe if reported, they will figure a way out for this issue.
