It throws this error after completing three quarters of the installation.

I uninstalled anitvirus software and also tried running it as Administrator but no success. Please help me out as I need the client to start my work day. I am using Windows so trying to install latest version of Horizon 8.0->2309

Uninstalling Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime and Visual C++ helped with the installation.

Creating multiple posts in different areas of the Communities is not helpful.

This post needs to remain but moved to the area for Horizon as it has replies - I've asked a moderator to do that for you.

The other two posts that you have also created need deleting - moderators should do that at some point too.

If you mean uninstall and reinstall, I have done that already.

I understand that and I am fine with my post moving to a different community. I have not received any helpful replies from any community thus far. I am unsure who to contact for a resolution now.

You should only create one post, ideally in the area for the product you are using.

Creating more posts in seemingly random areas of the forum does not get them seen by the best audience who can help you with your issue.

Please consider that this is a user community, where people help one another in their own time.

I’m glad you have resolved the issue now.
