VMWare Horizon Client VDI is not loading

Hi, 

I am facing issue with the VMWare Horizon Desktop Client. My VDI is not loading at all... It get stuck in the Loading Desktop and nothing happens after that. But VDI is very fast via HTML Access ( Webclient). 

Is there any solution how to fix it ???

I assume you try to access your desktop from a remote location.

Do you have the same behavior at each remote location? Which display protocol (Blast/PCoIP) are you using?

The horizon client is installed in my local machine. The VDI which was accessible through VMWare Horizon Web Client is not accessible via desktop version (from local machine). 

I am using VMWare Blast. I tried to PCoIP as well but no luck.

Do you access your VDI via an internal or external URL?

• Have you validated the firewall between the internet and the UAG that blocks the Blast protocol port from the client?
• Are the Unified Access Gateways load balanced?
