Session Not Appearing on Console, but Working

I built a New 8.4 Connection Server. When i run the Golden Image with just the Horizon 8.4 Agent and DEM it will appear in the Console session.

But when I ran the latest Optimizer Tool. I check off what it asked for, did not make any changes. The Golden Image will work Ok, but NOT appear in the Console session. I see that it got loaded in the event log, but it does not show up as connected. Is there something in the Optimization Tool that should be unchecked? Is the Optimization Tool critical?

Hi Were you able to figure this out? I am facing same issue. Built  a new desktop pool windows 11. Login to the pool works fine but cannot see any session or desktop info.
