Physical Floating Desktop - User get the same machine

I created a pool for physical desktop machine type floating but i did not associated the user to a specific machine. However some users are getting machines that was already connectec although we have more available machines. Does anyone know how to correct this error?

Assuming the user is logging out and not leaving a session in a disconnected state?
