Horizon 2303, Issue with Individual application sharing through Microsoft Teams meetings (Optimized)

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced issues with the feature to share induvidual application windows when in a teams meeting that was introduced with Horizon 2303?

When using the share feature I can see the "window option", but it does not let me click it. As far as I am aware we are hitting all the pre-reqs.

  • Teams is reporting that the optimization is enabled.
  • Teams is running version 1.6.0.18681
  • Horizon Agent (and connection server) is version 2303
  • Horizon Client is 2303 (I also tried it with client 2306)
  • In case it was some wierd Widnows problem i also atempted it with a fresh user profile (We are using FSlogix and DEM for profile roaming)

Have the same issue with all pre-requisites being met.

Unfortunately not. It has not been a priority as we see it as more of a nice to have rather than a need to have.

@bjohn, I tried this again today after updating Horizon Client to 2309. I think a coworker had it working with Client 2306 aswell, but I have not confirmed it myself.

  • Teams is reporting that the optimization is enabled.
  • Teams version 1.6.0.26474
  • Horizon Agent (and connection server) is version 2303
  • Horizon Client 2309

If I were to guess I think it was fixed with an update to Teams itself.
