We have a specific need to access our VDI VMs using Remote Desktop instead of the typical method using the Horizon client. I have checked remote desktop settings, user rights, firewall settings, etc., but Remote Desktop will not connect. After entering the credentials of the remote machine (VDI VM) we always get the error "This computer can't connect to the remote computer". Is using RDP for VDI VMs possible, or should I look for another option?
