wrong number of cpus in windows 10 guest

fyi, I changed my win10 vm settings from 3 cpus to 4 cpus, but the vm shown only 2 cpus. vm reboot did not help. I closed the vm, changed the cpu count again to 5, and now the vm shows the correct count. so somehow it got out of sync. just fyi, you have a bug there. fusion 12.1 on mbp 2020.
