I am using VMWare Fusion Professional Version 11.5.7 (17130923) hosted on a MacBook Pro running macOS Catalina version 10.15.17
Have Windows 10 Pro inside the VMWare.
After the recent update on the macOS I noticed that the copy command is not working inside the VM.
I can copy from MacOS into the VM, but not vice-versa, infact I can't even copy within the VM itself. I tried following but no resolution.
- Reinstall VMware tools
- Multiple restarts by checking/unchecking the sharing options
- add/remove Vmware from the accessibility option settings
Please advise if we have a fix for the same. I cannot install VM12 as Catalina does not support it. My colleagues said this issue persists on MacOS BigSur as well.
