unable to open vmware fusion

Today I install VMware Fusion 13.0.0 (for Intel-based and Apple silicon Macs), but the program crashed when I opened it.

System configuration: MBP for m1pro, macOS 13.0.1

Looks similar to this issue when using Chinese language.

This issue seems to be fixed in Ventura 13.1. so Fusion 13.0 as it is will work fine, you wouldn't need any workaround.

Let us know if you see any issue later than Ventura 13.1.
