"Getting The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." preventing me from opening up my VMware 3 with Windows 7. I need help immediately.

I really do not see this as a VMware Fusion issue per se and suggest you Google the error as there is plenty on it in a Google search.

If I was faced with such an error I'd boot to Safe Mode or from a Recovery Disk and attempt to use System Restore to restore to an earlier point in time.
