Your thread needs to be in the area for Fusion, since this has nothing to do with Skyline, I've reported it so moderators should move it, please don't create a duplicate.
Sounds like you are trying to run a VM that was created for a more recent version of Fusion than what you have installed - so you need to give more details on where you got the VM from and what version of Fusion you have - your MacOS version might be useful to know too.
