playing drm protected wma files on windows media player

Finally managed to completely migrate my pc to my mac. Yay!

But I cant play my protected drm .wma files on windows media player anymore. Gives me this error below~

I have checked my sound card. It works for files that do not have drm protection on it.

Please help as this is the main reason i bought vmware!

I dont understand why windows media player wont play these files! That is ...go through the usual process of authenticating and then playign!

Sorry you're having problems playing your music however I really do not see this as a VMware Fusion issue and you should be looking to Microsoft for help with your Windows specific issues.

That said and since you've not provided any technical information, like VMware Fusion version, Guest OS version, how the files were transferred, in other words did you do a P2V or a clean install of the Guest OS and copy your user date to it, etc., etc, I can't offer much more then to say I assume you have Internet Connectivity in the Virtual Machine so that when you try to play the DMR Protected .wma files it can check the media usage rights.
