partition table changed

The partition table changed after I installed Fedora as a native OS on my macbook. Now it seems that it is not possible for my VMware Boot Camp Partition to start.

I tried to have it reinstall the Boot Camp partition as a VM by moving it from the Application Support, but it did not help. I also tried to edit the .vmdk, but the problem lies in the -pt.vmdk file?!? how can I resolve this issue... and is it a possibility to re-create the vmdk myself, this way I can also test Fedora from the rawdisk.

Sounds like you've borked your BC install.

Best thing you can do is to follow the normal BC procedures (Apple's install guide) to re-install/re-create the BC partition then you'll be able to boot it through VMware.
